List of charges not included in the normal monthly service cost:
- Overfull/Overflowing Dumpster (After 3 Warnings To Increase Service)
- Broken Lid Replacement (If Broken In Less Than 1 Year)
- Dumpster Refurbishment - Damage or Graffiti (If Refurbishment Request Less Than 1 Year)
- Late Charge
- Returned Payment Charge
- Add On Items; Locking Mechanism, Wheels, Gates To Open & Close
Invoices are due in 30 days. A past due notice will be sent at 40 days. A Late Fee will be charged at 45 days. Suspension notice is sent at 50 days.
Environmental fees are paid by TW on your behalf to the landfill or disposal site.

Your Quote will include the dumpster size that you requested, the frequency of pickups (once a week , twice a week, etc), disposal and environmental fees from the government, and the delivery cost of the dumpster(s).
You will want to mention if you have gates or enclosures that our drivers will need to open and close as that is Gate Service. An added service
Maybe you need a dumpster will with wheels - please make sure to mention that you need wheels to have the cost of wheels added to the Quote.
A locking mechanism is another added service and as a cost associated to it - please ask about or locking dumpster service.
White not everyone will receive a pricing adjustment, if there is a price adjustment for your location it would be on the birthday of the account. You will receive 60 days notice. Keep in mind that the government controls disposal rates and fees and when the government increases their fees it will be passed on to you, you will receive notification about any government disposal increases.
We calculate our pricing through our costs of operation.

Our largest cost is the cost of disposal. We estimate the average cost of disposal for your location's type of business. A church or office building will have a different average was then a restaurant. On the higher end of weight per yard would be a wood shop, cabinet maker, carpet company, tile installer, glass replacment company as well as others. Those types of companies would have more weight that we would pay for disposal per yard for their location.
The average weight is the weight we expect for your type of business or entity. If you think you are going to have much heavier weight then what would be normal let us know so that we can price it correctly for you.
Please contact us before you sell your business. We will setup service with the new owner of the business. Do not wait until after you have sold your business as the new owner may have services privided that you are still responsible to pay for. Call us at 888-818-5454

We do not have Admin Fees.
We currently do not have a fuel surcharge. If the cost of diesel rises more than 30% from the price it is at today - January 1st, 2025 Diesel is at $ 3.39 per gallon, we would consider adding a fuel surcharge. We have had a temporary fuel surcharge in the past when Diesel Fuel went over $ 5.00 per gallon in March 2022.
We do not have dumpster refresh fees. Typically after 5 to 7 years we will replace the dumpster and bring the old one back to our dumpster yard to be reconditioned.
If you decide to pay your bill via Credit Card we will pay the 3% Merchant Fee for you, our customer.

If your dumpster is ovefull and certainly trash will fall everywhere when we try to pick it up. You will receive a warning and a picture. The message will say that you need a bigger dumpster or more service. We will give 3 warnings before charging $ 40.00 as a fee each time it is overfilled where common sense would tell you that is too much trash to put on top of a dumpster. This is to try to push you into getting a bigger dumpster or more service.

We will send notice of the blocked pickup and try to come back that week.
You have up to 4 business days to report a missed pickup. We will check the pickup via GPS and Video Cameras to provide proof of pickup. If there is no proof of pickup we will provide an extra pickup at no cost.

Due to inclement weather routes may be canceled, we will send a message to let you know.

We will be closed the following 2025 holidays:
- January 1 - Wednesday, New Years Day
- May 26 - Monday, Memorial Day
- July 4 - Friday, Independence Day
- September 1 - Monday, Labor Day
- November 27 - Thursday, Thanksgiving
- December 25 - Thursday, Christmas Day

Some of these items can not be picked up and compacted with a trash truck and would require a temporary roll off.
