List of charges not included in the normal monthly service cost:
- Overfull/Overflowing Dumpster (After 3 Warnings To Increase Service)
- Broken Lid Replacement (If Broken In Less Than 1 Year)
- Dumpster Refurbishment - Damage or Graffiti (If Refurbishment Request Less Than 1 Year)
- Late Charge
- Returned Payment Charge
- Add On Items; Locking Mechanism, Wheels, Gates To Open & Close
Invoices are due in 30 days. A past due notice will be sent at 40 days. A Late Fee will be charged at 45 days. Suspension notice is sent at 50 days.
Environmental fees are paid by TW on your behalf to the landfill or disposal site.

We do not have Admin Fees.
We currently do not have a fuel surcharge. If the cost of diesel rises more than 30% from the price it is at today - January 1st, 2024 Diesel is at $ 3.69 per gallon, we would consider adding a fuel surcharge. We have had a temporary fuel surcharge in the past when Diesel Fuel went over $ 5.00 per gallon in March 2022.
We do not have dumpster refresh fees. Typically after 5 to 7 years we will replace the dumpster and bring the old one back to our dumpster yard to be reconditioned.
If you decide to pay your bill via Credit Card we will pay the 3% Merchant Fee for you, our customer.

Service Pickup Questions
- What happens if my container is blocked?

We will send notice of the blocked pickup and try to come back that week.
You have up to 4 business days to report a missed pickup. We will check the pickup via GPS and Video Cameras to provide proof of pickup. If there is no proof of pickup we will provide an extra pickup at no cost.

Due to inclement weather routes may be canceled, we will send a message to let you know.

You have up to 4 business days to report a missed pickup. We will check the pickup via GPS and Video Cameras to provide proof of pickup. If there is no proof of pickup we will provide an extra pickup at no cost.
You have up to 4 business days to report damage to property. We will check the time, date and location.

We will be closed the following 2024 holidays:
- January 1 - New Years Day
- May 27 - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- September 2 - Labor Day
- November 28 - Thanksgiving
- December 25 - Christmas Day

Some of these items can not be picked up and compacted with a trash truck and would require a temporary roll off.
